We do not service commercial or industrial properties. Our trucks carry parts for homes, which means same-day repair is actually possible, not just a talking point.

Do you service commercial properties?
No. We work on residential homes and townhomes only. If you need service for a warehouse, auto shop, or strata parkade, our sister company Custom Commercial Garage Doors (ccgds.ca) handles that.
Do you carry parts or do I wait for an order?
We carry springs, cables, rollers, bottom seals, and common opener components on the truck. Most residential repairs happen same-day without a return visit. We will tell you in advance if your job requires a part order.
My spring broke this morning. Can you come today?
Usually yes. Call 778-873-7282 — you reach us directly, not a call centre. Broken springs are the most common residential emergency and we carry the hardware to fix them same-day across Metro Vancouver.
