The OPH is built for loading docks with multiple daily truck cycles, large warehouse bay doors, cold-storage facilities, and any application where the lighter OMH model is undersized. It is our standard recommendation when three-phase power is available — the multi-voltage motor runs cooler and lasts longer on a 3Ø supply.

- Hoist-a-Matic® mechanism binding: Disassembly, cleaning, lubrication, and replacement of worn pins or chain keep the manual override reliable.

Select horsepower based on door weight, size, and daily cycle count. Three-phase power (208/480/600 V) is preferred for longevity and cooler operation.
