What Fails & How We Repair It
- Dead or intermittent transmitters: Battery contacts corrode, cases crack, or the RF module fails. We bench-test each unit, replace the module or housing, and re-pair it to your receiver on the spot.
- Receiver learns but won’t hold codes: Usually a bad learn-button circuit or lightning-damaged input. We swap the receiver (RADIORE900 or RADIORE901) and re-enroll every transmitter in one visit.
- Mixed rolling-code / fixed-code sites: Causes ghost operations and lost codes. We standardize the facility onto RADIORE901 universal receivers and the correct transmitter family so every door responds to one remote.
- Multi-door transmitter dials wear out: Rotary selectors on the EM144 or EM932 skip doors. We replace the selector assembly and re-label the dial face.

- New install or fleet refresh: Rolling code (Series 100) — dip-switch codes can be read or scanned; rolling code closes that vulnerability.
- Existing Series 900 building: EM901 or EM932 keeps everything working without touching receivers.
