New installations: We order and install every current model listed above — camera belt drives, standard belt drives, chain drives, and the RJO70 jackshaft where ceiling space is tight. All installs include myQ setup, safety-sensor alignment, force-limit calibration, and a full demonstration.
Repairs & service: We troubleshoot and fix any Chamberlain opener, current or discontinued. Common calls include logic-board replacement, gear-kit rebuilds, trolley/carriage repair, safety-sensor wiring, remote/keypad reprogramming, and battery-backup swaps. If a unit is beyond economical repair, we’ll quote a direct replacement — pricing is quoted per project.
