Roller Doors (EU-Spec)
RollMatic OD — insulated aluminum roller with double-skin foam-filled slats (~60 mm headroom, widths 1250–6000 mm). This is a European/UK product not carried on the main North American site, but we encounter it on imported projects and can service existing installations.
What We Install vs. What We Repair
- New installations: Every current Western Canada model above — steel, aluminum full-view, and carriage-house styles. We handle framing prep, track hanging, opener pairing, and final calibration.
- Repair & service: Broken springs, cable replacement, roller and hinge wear, track alignment, panel damage, weatherseal refresh, opener troubleshooting, and safety-system testing — on any Hörmann door, current or discontinued.
- Discontinued models: Still serviced. If you own an older Hörmann line, we stock common hardware and can fabricate what we don’t have.
Choosing the Right Hörmann Door
- Thermal priority: Therma Tech 3500 (R-10.4) or Clima Tech 4400 for the highest insulation in a steel sectional.
- Modern aesthetic: Modern Classic 7500 or Luma Classic 7400 for full-view aluminum; Modern Tech 3550 for insulated steel with slim windows.
- Traditional look: Therma Style 5500 carriage-house panels give wood texture without wood maintenance.
- Budget balance: Pro Tech 2500 delivers insulated steel at a lower cost tier.
- Tight headroom: RollMatic OD roller needs only ~60 mm — ideal for retrofit where ceiling space is limited.
