What We Install vs. What We Repair
New installations: We order any current Raynor model, coordinate delivery, remove the old door, install tracks, springs, hardware and weatherseal, then pair with a LiftMaster opener if desired. Every install includes safety-sensor alignment, force calibration and a full walkthrough.
Repairs & service: We fix broken springs, snapped cables, off-track panels, worn rollers, hinge damage, opener malfunctions and weatherseal deterioration on all Raynor residential series — including older or discontinued models that are still serviced. Parts are sourced through Raynor’s authorized distribution.
