You talk to the people who do the work
When you call (778) 873-7282, you reach our own team, not an answering service that books you into a queue. We ask what the door is doing, what you hear and whether it moves at all. That is usually enough to tell a snapped spring from a sensor problem, and to know which parts to put on the truck before we leave.
We speak English, Mandarin and Cantonese

A written price before any work starts
After we look at the door, you get the price in writing. If we find something else while we are working, we stop and show you before we touch it. You decide what gets done. Our invoices list every part and every job, so you can see exactly what you paid for.
Parts on the truck, most repairs in one visit
We carry torsion and extension springs, cables, rollers, hinges, drums, bearings, sensors and weather seal, so most repairs are done on the first visit. Before we leave, we balance the door, set the opener's force and travel limits, test the safety reverse, and show you what we did.
Homes, stratas and commercial buildings
